Fall is officially here! The leaves are turning colors, the air is crisp, and everything is now pumpkin flavored (we aren’t mad at it). During the month of October, we are going to be featuring one fall inspired collagen recipe a week on our blog and our Instagram!
What better way to kick things off than everyone’s favorite fall beverage: a pumpkin spice latte! This collagen pumpkin spice latte is not only healthier and cheaper to make than a traditional pumpkin spice latte but it has Collagen For Her, which adds 10g of protein! What’s not to love? Here’s how to make it!
Combine the following ingredients into a blender:
- 1 cup of brewed coffee
- ½ cup of almond milk
- 1 scoop of Collagen For Her
- 4 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup (or more sweetener to taste)
