Recipe: Iced Collagen Oat Milk Latte!

Are you all on the oat milk train?? Because we are and oh my goodness, it is SO good! We have been loving these iced collagen oat milk lattes because they provide 10g of protein, 11g of collagen, and a much needed caffeine boost every morning. Oat milk is so creamy and rich that it makes this healthy drink feel like a treat. Here’s how to make it! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of oat milk (we love Califia barista blend!) 
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1 scoop or packet of Unflavored Collagen For Her 
  • Handful of Ice 

Directions:

  1. Pour one cup of oat milk into a glass.
  2. In a separate glass, brew one shot of espresso and add one scoop of unflavored Collagen For Her. 
  3. Pour the espresso + collagen into the cup of oat milk, add ice, stir and enjoy! 

If you have a hard time finding oat milk or don’t love it as much as we do, you can substitute the oat milk for almond milk, coconut milk, regular milk, or any other milk of choice! Hope you love it!
