Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups of coconut milk
- ½ tsp of ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp of ground turmeric
- ½ tsp of ground ginger
- 1 scoop of Collagen For Her
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a pot and stir consistently over medium heat for 5-10 minutes or until the spices have dissolved.
- Pour into a mug and top with a few sprinkles of cinnamon.
