1. What are the benefits of having a subscription?
When you have a subscription, you will save more on every order! In addition, you can choose how often you want to receive your products and your order will be automatically processed each month so you never run out of Collagen For Her! We have made it easy for you to set it and forget and your collagen will arrive just in time as your next bottle is empty!
2. How do I sign up for a subscription?
When you are adding a product to your cart, you will see an option for one time purchase or subscribe and save. If you would like to sign up for a subscription, choose the subscribe and save option and checkout as you normally would. We will send you an email afterwards with all the details of your subscription!
3. Can I customize or change the frequency?
Yes, you can change and customize the frequency! While the frequency options at checkout are limited, you can customize the frequency to your liking after you setup a subscription. To change the frequency, head to the subscriptions dashboard HERE, then click on "Manage this subscription". Then change the frequency at the bottom of the page.
4. Can I skip or reschedule an order?
Yes! You can skip or reschedule an order at anytime. To skip or reschedule an order. head to the subscriptions dashboard HERE, then click on "Manage this subscription". Click on "Reschedule" to change your upcoming order's date, or click on "Skip" to just skip the upcoming order.
5. Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes, but please keep in mind that once the order has processed we are unable to issue a refund. We do send a courtesy email prior to your auto-ship date to remind you to make any changes before your order is processed. To cancel your subscription. head to the subscriptions dashboard HERE, then click on "Manage this subscription", then navigate to the cancel button at the bottom of the page.
6. Can I swap one product for another?
Yes you certainly can! To swap a product, head to the subscriptions dashboard HERE, click on "Manage This Subscription" then click on "Swap this for a different product".
7. How do I update my billing or shipping information?
To update your billing or shipping information, head to the subscriptions dashboard HERE.
