One of our favorite things about Collagen For Her is that you can add it to just about anything! One scoop contains 10g of protein and 11g of collagen, so it is also a great way to add a little bit of extra protein to a meal or snack. This collagen chocolate chia seed pudding from @f5method is the perfect protein packed snack or dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth! Here’s how to make it!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup collagen powder
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Blend well until chia seeds are finely ground and the mixture is completely smooth.
- Pour into a large bowl. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours (more is better) so that the pudding can chill and thicken.
- Add your favorite toppings and mix ins and enjoy!
