Did someone say waffle nachos? You may be asking yourself if it is really possible to have two of the best foods in one AND have it be packed full of healthy protein? The answer is yes! These collagen waffle nachos are brought to you by Angela at Devotedly Nutritious and they are the perfect combination of healthy and satisfying. Here's how to make them!
To make the waffle combine:
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop of Collagen For Her
- ½ scoop of vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp. of coconut flour
- ¼ tsp. of baking powder
Put the mix into a waffle maker and when it is cooked thoroughly, remove and chop up into nacho-sized pieces. Top with ½ an apple, a little maple syrup, chocolate bark, or any other toppings of your choice!
