Recipe: Collagen Açaí Bowl

Memorial Day Weekend has come and gone which means it is officially summer! This collagen açaí bowl is a refreshing and healthy way to beat the heat this summer. It doesn’t hurt that it is also delicious and the collagen adds 10g of protein to help keep you fuller longer! Here’s how to make it: 


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries 
  • 1 packets of frozen acai puree (~100 grams) 
  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop Unflavored Collagen For Her 


  1. Add all ingredients to a high power blender and blend until it becomes a smooth but thick consistency 
  2. Top with granola, honey, coconut flakes, fresh fruit, nut butter or any of your other favorite toppings 
  3. Enjoy!
