Recipe: Collagen Chocolate Superfood Bowl!

One of our favorite ways to start the day is with a collagen smoothie or smoothie bowl! This is one of our favorite recipes because it is packed with vegetables but still tastes like dessert! It is also full of healthy fats and protein to keep you fuller longer. Nothing is worse than having a smoothie for breakfast and being starving an hour later (we’ve all been there!). Here’s how to make it:


  • ½ cup frozen spinach
  • ½ frozen cauliflower
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • 1 scoop of Collagen For Her
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)


  • Blend all ingredients together and top with the toppings of your choice! We love using cocoa nibs or granola to add a little crunch!
