- 2 cups all-purpose, whole wheat, or gluten free flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¾ cups milk of choice
- ½ cup vegetable oil or applesauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
