Unflavored Collagen Peptides vs. Marine Collagen Beauty Blend: Which Is Best?

One of our most commonly asked questions is the difference between our Original Unflavored Peptides and Marine Collagen Beauty Blend. Here’s what you need to know!

The Collagen Source
Our original unflavored collagen peptides are sourced from bovine and contain 10g of collagen per scoop. Our marine collagen beauty blend is sourced from fish and contains 5g of collagen per scoop.

Added Benefits for Hair, Skin & Nails
Our unflavored collagen peptides contain one ingredient: pure hydrolyzed collagen peptides. Our marine collagen beauty blend contains collagen peptides in addition to 100% daily Vitamin C, biotin, and hyaluronic acid for added benefits for hair, skin, and nails. With both products, you get all of the benefits of collagen but the beauty blend just has a few bonus ingredients!

Which One is Best For Me?
It depends! Our unflavored collagen peptides are a great place to start if you are just getting started with collagen but our marine collagen packs a little more punch if you are looking for extra benefits for hair, skin, and nails (our unflavored collagen still has hair, skin, and nails benefits too thought!).

One more thing to note is that our marine collagen is pescatarian friendly, so if you are pescatarian, go with this one!

Can I Use Both?
Yes! All of our collagen products are designed to be mixed and matched. We recommend 1-2 servings of collagen per day, so you can use one scoop of each per day or alternate between them.

If you still can’t decide, check out our Beauty Bundle! This is one of our most popular bundles and contains a bottle of the original unflavored collagen peptides and a bottle of the marine collagen beauty blend (bonus: it’s 15% off!). Try them both out and decide which you like best or use them both!
