Unflavored Collagen Peptides & Marine Collagen Beauty Blend
Both our Unflavored Collagen Peptides and Marine Collagen Beauty Blend are flavorless and tasteless, so you can add them to just about anything! We love adding a scoop to coffee, tea, and smoothies. You can also add a scoop or two to any baked goods like protein pancakes, muffins, waffles, or oatmeal.
We always get asked if you can add collagen to water. We don’t recommend it only because a) collagen can clump in cold liquids and b) some people can taste collagen in plain water. But if you are interested in adding collagen to water, feel free to give it a try! We just like to preface it with both those two things :)
Like we said, collagen can clump in cold liquids due to its properties. To enjoy collagen in a cold beverage such as water or iced coffee, we recommend adding a scoop to room temperature liquid first to dissolve then adding ice! You can also dissolve a scoop in 1-2 tbsp of room temperature water and then add that little mixture to your drink (this works great for adding to ice coffee).
If you want to use both our Unflavored Collagen Peptides and Marine Collagen Beauty Blend, you can take a scoop of each everyday or you can alternate them!
Multi-Collagen Capsules
This one is pretty straightforward! The serving size for our Multi-Collagen Capsules is three pills, so take them anytime you would like throughout the day. We often get asked if you can take the pills in addition to our powders and the answer is yes! We recommend 1-2 servings of collagen per day, so if you want you can take the capsules alongside any of our collagen powders.
Organic Matcha Collagen
There are so many fun ways to enjoy our Organic Matcha Collagen! To enjoy matcha hot, all you do is add a scoop to hot water or milk, stir to dissolve, and add a little bit of sweetener if desired (our matcha collagen comes sugar free).
Similar to our unflavored collagen peptides, our organic matcha collagen can clump in cold liquid. To enjoy it iced, add a scoop to 1-2 tbsp of room temperature water to dissolve and then add it to cold water or milk. You can also add a scoop of our Organic Matcha Collagen to any recipe that calls for matcha such as these Matcha Protein Balls or Matcha Overnight Oats. If you are looking for a collagen powder to add to coffee, we recommend going with one of our unflavored options above. Matcha is a more potent form of green tea, so it isn’t meant to be mixed with coffee.

If you want to add collagen to one of those types of cold drinks, we recommend dissolving the collagen in 1-2 tbsp of room temperature water first and then adding it to the cold drink!
Hi, I know you said not to mix with cold drinks . . . but what if I put a scoop into my morning protein shake that I am blending. Would that be ok?
